At NOORANI, we want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with us. Our exchange and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, while honoring the care and effort that goes into creating your abaya.
β General Policy
Due to the nature of our products β many of which are madetoorder or customized especially for you β we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. This helps us maintain quality and efficiency across all orders.
π Exchange Options (UAE Only)
If you are in the United Arab Emirates, you may be eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:
π Timeframe
β’ Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
π¦ Condition of Item
To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In its original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
π― Size or Fit Exchanges
If your abaya doesnβt fit as expected:
We can offer minor adjustments (e.g., tailoring) for a small fee, including delivery (please contact us for exact pricing).
If a larger remake is required, a standard stitching charge may apply.
π Defective or Damaged Items
If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will be happy to exchange it at no additional cost β simply reach out with photos within the exchange period.
π« Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Unfortunately, the following are not eligible for exchange:
Readytowear pieces
Customized or personalized abayas
Sale or discount items
Accessories (unless damaged or incorrect on arrival)
π International Orders
For customers outside the UAE:
β’ Customized or madetoorder abayas cannot be returned or exchanged.
β’ If readytowear items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
β’ Any applicable exchange or refund options will be discussed based on your case.

β’ You may be responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customized Items
Since custom orders are specifically made for you, we do not offer refunds once production begins β unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
